This beautiful all-inclusive resort is comprised of several sections of units that are specific to a guests’ vacationing requirements and include 18 exclusive adult only Spa Suites, 208 family-friendly standard rooms, 180 Oceanside rooms in a mix of king and double beds, 60 residences for long-term rentals and 2 spectacular Ocean view Penthouses.

All rooms feature modern comfortable furnishing, marble ﬂoors, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, most have ﬂat-screen TVs, bathrooms with marble appointments, and hair dryers, safes, and mini-bars. Some rooms have small kitchenettes, jetted tubs in unit, and terrace or balcony.

Oceanside Suites

Situated near Cofresi Beach, these large, airy suite units are exclusive for Shareholders, Members, and Special Guests.

Spa Suites (Adults Only over 18)

These suites surround the Yin Yang Spa creating a special, exclusive All Adult environment where relaxation and stress-free are a way of life.

Family Friendly Rooms

Set in the middle of the resort and all the action, the family-friendly rooms cater to families with children with special activities, kid’s art center, family swim center, and kid’s pool all within a centralized area of the resort.

Special Note

Cofresi Palm is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues nor is it fully wheelchair-friendly. We recommend that you book at the Tropical if you need an accommodation that is easy access.

Check-in:

Check-in time for all accommodations is 3 PM.
If you are required to meet with customer service prior to check-in, you must do so no later than 5 PM on the day of arrival. Should you arrive to the resort after 5 PM, you will only be able to check-in by paying the current walk-in rate for the first night and will be issued non VIP bands. In order to check-in under your VIP reservation you must meet with customer service no later than 11 AM the following day.
All arrivals after 12 AM midnight due to scheduled flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive for the first night. Any arrivals prior to midnight pay the full all-inclusive rate as normal.
Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present.
Photo identification of each traveler is required in order to check-in.

Check-out:

The check out for all accommodations is 11:30 AM.
For late check-out, you must inquire with the reception at the time of check-in.
